Where Missi Potter saw holes and rotting wood, her husband Cory saw a home with good bones.

 

Where she saw hours of backbreaking, frustrating work, he saw a challenge.

 

Where she saw potential disaster, he just saw potential.

 

“It was hard for me, but my husband saw it right away,” Missi said. “At first, I had some tears, but after I could start seeing his vision, I started to get quite excited.”

 

When the couple purchased the two-story, two-family home on Elm Street in Zeeland just over a year ago, it was in foreclosure and had been condemned. Parts of it had simply rotted away and nearly every inch of the home needed something.
