NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that in recognition of Dorothy Voss' outstanding qualities of leadership and dedication, and the excellent record she has compiled during her years of service for the City of Zeeland, City Council deems it an honor and privilege to present her with this Certificate of Public Recognition for Outstanding Service.
