The first Zeeland City Christmas tree will arrive on Nov. 19 and will stay up until Jan. 4.

An official tree lighting ceremony will take place at 6:15 p.m. Nov. 19 just before the Magical Christmas Parade. The 20’ tall blue spruce will be located at the northwest corner of Main and Church streets. Mayor Klynstra will light the tree and there will be live music from the Tarnish Brass Band and the Zeeland Historical Society will hand out hot chocolate for a donation.
